We ship in collaboration with the Swiss Postal Service using the most eco-friendly option.

US, EU & UK shipping only, for worldwide shipping please contact us directly via e-mail: sweet@labiskot.com. Please find here below the delivery options with delivery times and costs:

– Swiss post CH Domestic: 2 to 4 business days – Free

– Post France: 2 to 4 business days – Free

– Swiss post Europe: 5 to 14 business days – 8 CHF / 7.4€ to 11 CHF / 10.1€ depending on the weight

– Swiss post UK: 3 to 6 business days –  13 CHF / 11.5€ to 18 CHF / 16€ depending on the weight

– Swiss post US: 5 to 14 business days –  20 CHF / 18€ 

Free shipping for any orders equal or over 190CHF / 180€

A sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a Swiss address. For purchases shipped outside of Switzerland, the purchaser is liable for any custom duties or taxes owed upon receipt. If you are not sure, please check if custom duties or taxes are applicable prior to ordering with us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not pay your country taxes, or if you refuse the parcel, your items will be returned to us. We will deduct a fee of CHF 15.- to cover part of the shipping courier costs.
